Baking for over 15 years, Proprietor Diane Serra creates Traditional and Contemporary Wedding Cakes, Special Occasion Cakes, Pastries and Cookies along with a variety of desserts & beverages. 

Born in Boston, Mass., she brings refreshing and new ideas to dessert dining. Fashioned after the bakeries in Boston's Little Italy (North End), Caramici's offers an impressive variety of cakes, pies and specialty baked goods in addition to coffees, espresso, cappuccino and other refreshments.

Caramici's carries a variety of cordials, martinis, beer and wine & is one of the first dessert establishments to feature a  full service bar.
